The Catholic Faith

God is especially revealed in the mystery of the human person and in the incarnation of Jesus Christ, who revealed Himself to be Truth (St. John 4:16). The tradition of Catholic education is rooted in the belief that all knowledge is a preparation for heaven and understanding God's creation brings us closer to knowing our Creator. Faith is the core of the program at St. Joseph. Students are taught to pray and to reflect on how the content of all their courses shows forth the truth of God.

The center of the spirituality of our school is our common worship of God in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. All our students attend Mass on campus on a weekly basis. Each student is enrolled in theology classes. Though we are a Catholic institution and teach the Catholic faith, we are welcoming of all students of Christian and non-Christian creeds.
